Legacy -> Impreza osade omavaheline vahetatavus?
Siia teemasse võiks lisada listi osadest, mida oleks võimalik asendada paremate/edevamate/vastupidavamate vastu.
Nt. Legacy 91-94 seeriale peaksid sobima WRX pidurikettad+sadul
Mõni rauaspets oskab kindlasti öelda, mida tasub ja mida mitte näppima hakata

I've got AWD and i'm not afraid to use it!
Jah, aga mis täpselt tasuks just vahetamist?
Ma arvan, et WRX-i kettad/klotsid võiks peale minna 1:1-le, samas sellest tulenev pidurdusmaa vähenemine on ju väga abiks.

Turbol on sidurikorv tõmbega, vabalthingaval pressitav.
poolassid ja kardaan sobib ka vabalthingava oma

Subaru Legacy TT, Range Rover, Escort Cosworth, Forester XT/Sti
Turbode jahutusradiaatorid peaks Legacyl/Imprezal samad olema, Nissensil on isegi sama varuosakoodiga. Vabalthingavatel olid radikate mõõdud (kataloogi andmetel) erinevad, kui vabalthingava ja turboga Legacy radikate mõõdud olid samad, siis vabalthingavale Imprezale näitas kataloog sootuks väiksemat radikat.

STI/WRX Complete Engines
Most engine ancilleries, inc alternator, starter, pumps etc
Gearboxes and Diffs (propshafts are slightly longer so they dont)
Full Suspension, including top mounts front and rear.
Airboxes and filters (providing there not the front entry type)
Oil filters
Fuel filters
Brakes, providing the whole assembly is changed
Downpipes (all) (rest of system not sure, might be a bit short)
Front and Rear Droplinks and Front ARB, think the rear one is different?
Wheels, however tyre diameter is smaller on Impreza's standard.
Strutbraces (STI one fits perfect round intercooler)
Interior, front and rear seats but not door cards.
Aircon Systems
The following stuff WONT fit a Classic Shape Leg:
Radiators are not a direct fit.
Obivously body parts dont.
Mirrors are different
Windows
//
Exhaust centre sections from classic Imprezas do not fit Legacies as far as I know as when I had my H&S one made they had to make it differently. Pretty sure that backboxes do not fit either.
ECUs from classic Imprezas (up to a certain year - not sure which) DO fit classic Leggy, but be warned that if you do, you will have no control over the Leggy's intercooler pump. If a Voschip is then fitted to the impreza ecu it should control the pump fine.
Fuel pumps are interchangeable between classic impreza & legacy as the Walbro one I got was for an impreza and it went straight in no problem.
Dump valves for the classic impreza will also fit legacy.
90degree entry TD05 turbo will bolt straight onto classic Legacy as far as I know.
//
The engine, gearbox + diff from a 02 WRX drops straight in to a MY99 GT-B obviously changing all the wiring loom, manifolds, turbos etc, although only proper mod is getting a reputable machine shop to create the 2 holes at the back of N/S cylinder head for the oil and water drains from the second (1st?) turbo.
