Subaru teeb Toyota Camry-sid

It was rumored about last week and now the official announcement has come, Subaru will be building Toyota's by 2006. Toyota president Katsuaki Watanabe and Fuji President Kyoji Takenaka announced yesterday in Tokyo that Fuji Heavy Industries, parent corporation of Subaru has agreed to produce cars for Toyota. This is a result of Toyota purchasing an 8.7% share of Subaru from General Motors early this year. Autoblog has found out that Subaru is expected to build the Camry sedan at the plant by the close of 2006.
